Free Heritage Services Fall Walking Tour:

11 a.m. – Saturday, September 29, 2018 

Books, Buggies and Business Fall Walking Tour

Departing from the front of Central Library, 1 Atkinson Street.

Learn about the first settlement of hardy settlers in the area that would eventually become Richmond Hill. We will explore the evolution of transportation and the allure of Yonge Street.

The tour will end at the Richmond Hill Heritage Centre at 19 Church Street North for the opening of the new Little Free Library book exchange! Explore the Queen Victoria’s Secrets and the CANSCAIP Illustrator Exhibits after the tour for free in the Heritage Centre galleries.

This event will occur rain or shine so please dress according to the weather.


Fall Harvest Tea – Saturday, September 29, 2018

 $12.50 per person 

Celebrate fall with a full-service tea at the Heritage Centre at 19 Church Street North. Enjoy a platter of dainty sandwiches, tasty sweets with scones, clotted cream and preserves served with our signature blend of tea, coffee or lemonade.
